Fuel prices down in N.B. this week

Another week of price adjustments for fuel prices. This one brought decreases, not by much.

Diesel is down 0.5 cents a litre to a maximum of around $1.70.

Furnace oil dipped 0.9 cents a litre to around $1.65.

The maximum for regular self-serve gas was lowered by 1.2 cents a litre to $1.49.

The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board adjusts prices every Friday at 12:01 a.m.

In Nova Scotia, regular self-serve ranges from $1.35 to $1.40 per litre, while diesel is selling for between $1.54 and $1.59 per litre.

On Prince Edward Island, the price for regular self-serve is around $1.43 per litre, diesel costs around $1.60 per litre, and home heating oil is selling for a maximum of $1.18 per litre.
