Five vehicle crash in Shemogue

Two people have been hurt in a crash on Highway 15 in Shemogue.

RCMP Sergeant Pierre-Luc Haché says there were reports of a three-vehicle crash at around 3:40 pm on Tuesday.

When emergency responders arrived, they found five vehicles, including a truck and a travel trailer.

Two people were taken to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries..

The highway was closed for several hours, but has since reopened.

There’s no word yet exactly what caused the crash.
