A 34-year-old man is facing drug related charges after a targeted traffic stop in Moncton.
On May 5, RCMP pulled over a vehicle on Kendra Street as part of a drug trafficking investigation.
Police seized 4000 pills that are believed to be fentanyl, 1.4 kilograms of crystal meth, 500 grams of cocaine and cash.
Jason Duguay of Bertrand, appeared in Moncton Provincial Court by way of tele-remand on May 6 and was charged with:
- Possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking
- Possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking
- Possession of fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking
He is scheduled to return to court on May 13.
