RCMP Investigating Shooting Incident Overnight

Three people have been taken into custody after a shooting in downtown Moncton.

Officers were called to a Robinson Street home at around 1:50am Thursday morning.

RCMP Sergeant Mathieu Roy says a 47-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Two of the suspects are scheduled to appear in court this afternoon.

There’s no word on the man’s condition.

Three individuals are in custody. We will release more information when we are able to.
