Not much change for fuel prices in N.B.

There are some ups and downs for fuel prices in New Brunswick this week, but they’ll be barely noticed.

Diesel users are facing increases this morning with the cost up by 0.6 cents a litre.

The maximum for diesel is around $1.95.

The maximum for regular self-serve fuel dipped 0.4 cents a litre to around $1.67.

Furnace oil is also down, but only by 0.1 cents per litre to a maximum of around $1.60.

In Nova Scotia, regular self-serve ranges from $1.63 to $1.68 per litre while diesel is selling for between $1.92 and $1.96 per litre.

On Prince Edward Island, the price for regular self-serve is around $1.70 per litre, diesel costs around $2.00 per litre and home heating oil is selling for a maximum of $1.42 per litre.

The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board adjusts prices every Friday at 12:01 a.m.
