A detached garage in Lower Coverdale has been destroyed by fire.
Riverview Fire and Rescue Chief Robin True says they could see thick black smoke while approaching the scene on Route 114 at around 9:46am this morning.
Reports on social media also stated the smoke could be seen kilometres away.
When firefighters arrived, they found the garage fully engulfed.
A quick response by the 21 firefighters helped to stop the flames from spreading to a nearby home.
True says there is heat damage to the residence on one side.
Moncton Fire was also called in to assist.
Fire investigators are still trying to determine the cause.
No one was hurt in the blaze.
